Soft, lightweight and exceptionally flexible, the So Danca JZ75 VG Vegan Stretch Canvas Jazz Shoe brings the beautifully close, sock-like feeling of the bestselling JZ75 into a vegan-friendly construction. Fully elasticated stretch canvas wraps naturally around the foot, while the split sole allows exceptional freedom through the arch and pointed foot.
The key difference is underneath: a vegan micro-suede forefoot pad replaces the traditional suede used on the original JZ75, while the rubber heel maintains a more definite contact point at the back of the foot.

The JZ75 VG is built around the same fully elasticated stretch-canvas concept as the original JZ75. Rather than relying on structured leather panels, the fabric stretches around the natural shape of the foot, creating a close, almost sock-like fit with very little resistance through movement.
This makes the shoe particularly free through the arch and instep. As the dancer points, flexes and articulates the foot, the stretch canvas follows rather than restricting it, creating the barefoot-like sensation that defines this style.
The important difference is the sole. JZ75 VG uses a vegan micro-suede forefoot dance pad with a rubber heel. The vegan forefoot material creates the smoother contact required for turns and travelling movement, while the rubber heel provides a more definite contact point when weight transfers towards the back of the foot.
The split construction leaves the middle of the foot completely free to bend, while the lightweight upper keeps the dancer closely connected to the floor. The result is a beautifully simple jazz shoe for dancers who want the flexibility and articulation of JZ75 in a vegan alternative.

So Danca JZ75 VG – Dance World Fit Advice
Stretchy, adaptable and designed to hug the foot.
For adult, student and advanced dancers, we recommend true to measured foot size through to ½ size up, depending on foot shape and preferred fit. Our current return-based guidance favours ½ size up as the main starting point for this model.
The stretch canvas provides plenty of adaptability through the foot, so avoid choosing unnecessary extra length. The fabric should lie smoothly through the arch and instep, with the heel remaining comfortably connected as you move.
For younger dancers, approximately ½–1 full size above the measured foot can provide growing room.
Dance World Fit Note: Always start from the dancer's measured foot, not their everyday shoe size. When comparing two sizes, walk and point in both – if the heel repeatedly slips away from the foot, choose the closer fit.
Fit advice is a guide only. Foot shape, width and preferred performance fit can affect the best size for each dancer.
