How the Teachers’ Programme Works

Step 1 - Tell Us About Your Teaching
Complete the application with your contact details, country and information about your school, studio or independent teaching work.

Step 2 - Receive Your Referral Link
Once approved, you will receive access to your account and a personal link for Dance World Europe.

Step 3 - Share with Your Dance Community
Add the link to your school website, uniform information or communications with students and parents. Clearly explain that you earn commission through the link.

Step 4 - Earn on Qualifying Purchases
Eligible orders attributed to you are recorded in your account. Commission becomes payable once the order has been reviewed and approved.

Who can apply?
Who can apply?
We welcome applications from independent dance teachers, dance schools and studios in the European countries.
All applications are subject to approval.
How much commission will I earn?
How much commission will I earn?
You earn 5% of the eligible product value after discounts, excluding VAT, delivery charges and delivery tax.
Cancelled, refunded or otherwise ineligible purchases do not earn commission.

Your link can introduce families to the wider Dance World Europe range. Commission applies to eligible products under the programme terms, whether customers are shopping for class, rehearsal or another dancewear need.

Ask students and parents to open your personal referral link before shopping.
Link-based tracking has a cookie time window and depends on the same browser and device, applicable cookie consent and the programme’s attribution rules.
Using your link each time helps reduce missed referrals, but tracking cannot be guaranteed.

Purchases made outside of your School Link can not be allocated with your account. As best practice & to avoid any issues we advise to follow the link every time.

Approved commission is paid through your chosen payout method: PayPal or a Dance World Europe gift card.
Payouts are normally made once a year, with the end of the dance year as our recommended payout time. You may also request a payout at any time, provided your approved balance has reached the €50 minimum.
Balances below €50 remain in your account until the minimum payout amount is reached. All payments and gift cards are issued in euro.

A referral link tracks eligible purchases for your commission. A student discount applies only where Dance World Europe has expressly provided a separate offer.

Availability and any additional school services are agreed separately.

Yes. Explain the relationship clearly wherever you share the link, using wording your audience understands.
For example: “Our school earns commission on qualifying purchases made through this link.”
Social media promotions must also carry a clear advertising disclosure appropriate to your country and audience.

Membership
Membership
Participation is free and subject to application approval. Applicants must provide accurate teaching, business, contact and payment information, together with any documentation reasonably required to administer the programme.
Membership does not create employment or authority to act on behalf of Dance World Europe.
Qualifying Sales and Commission
Qualifying Sales and Commission
The standard rate is 5% of eligible product value after discounts, excluding VAT, delivery and delivery tax.
Orders must be placed at danceworld.eu, attributed to the participant under the programme’s tracking rules, paid and approved.
Pending amounts are provisional. Returns, partial refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and invalid transactions may reduce or reverse the related commission.

The link-tracking window is limited.
Tracking can be affected by browser or device changes, cookie choices, competing referrals and other attribution rules. A single order is not automatically credited to more than one participant.
Use the referral links provided for this programme; purchases through other Dance World websites are outside this programme unless expressly agreed.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate payment information and meeting their own applicable tax and invoicing obligations.

Participants must clearly disclose the commission relationship, use accurate product and offer information, and comply with applicable advertising and privacy requirements.
Spam, misleading claims, artificial referrals and unauthorised use of the Dance World name in paid advertising are prohibited.

Dance World Europe may suspend or end participation for breaches of these terms.
Valid commission earned before termination remains subject to normal approval and payment rules; commission linked to invalid or prohibited activity may be reversed.
