So Danca's TA815 Pro Tap Shoes should fit snugly yet comfortably to ensure optimal performance. Here are some tips for achieving the perfect fit:

1. Snug Fit: The shoes should hug your feet closely without causing discomfort. A snug fit ensures better control and precision in your movements.

2. No Excessive Movement: Ensure there is no excessive movement within the shoe. Your heel should stay in place without lifting when you step or tap.

3. Toe Room: While the shoes should be snug, there should still be a small amount of room at the toe box to wiggle your toes slightly. This helps in preventing blisters and discomfort during long sessions.

4. Comfortable Ankle Support: The cushioned opening around the ankle should provide support without digging into your skin.

Note: When trying on and testing out our tap shoes we highly recommend trying them on carpet to prevent scratching the taps. Shoes returned with scratched taps will not be accepted.

Tap Maintenance: Check the taps regularly for tightness. Use a screwdriver to tighten any loose screws.
Regular Cleaning: Wipe the leather upper with a damp cloth after each use to remove dirt and sweat.
Leather Conditioning: Apply a leather conditioner periodically to keep the leather supple and prevent cracking.

Fit: True to size. Regural Fit. We recommend you order your shoe size.

Try Them On: It's best to try them on with the type of socks or tights you plan to wear while dancing to ensure an accurate fit.

Break-In Period: Allow for a short break-in period where the leather will mold to the shape of your feet, enhancing comfort and performance over time.
