How to Use
• Correct placement depends on the muscle area and reason for taping. Have the technique demonstrated by a physiotherapist or other qualified professional before applying the strips independently.
• Apply to clean, completely dry and intact skin without oils, moisturiser or body lotion. Round any lifted corners only if further trimming is required, then apply using the recommended position and tension for the intended area.
• Rub the applied strip gently to help activate the adhesive. The tape should feel supportive without causing numbness, tingling, restricted movement or changes in skin colour.

Care information

Store unused strips in their original box somewhere clean, cool and dry.

Complete a small patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or a known sensitivity to adhesives. Do not apply over open wounds, broken skin, rashes or active irritation.

Remove immediately if the tape causes burning, itching, numbness, swelling or increased discomfort. Do not use therapy tape to conceal or continue training through a new, severe or unexplained injury.

Before Choosing Your Size

Take dancewear measurements over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. For shoes, measure both feet while standing and use the longer measurement as your general starting point.

Bust / Chest Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape straight and level.

Waist Measure around the natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso.

Hips Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, keeping the tape level.

Girth Start at one shoulder, measure down the front of the torso, through the crotch and back to the same shoulder in one continuous loop.

Foot Length Measure from heel to longest toe while standing. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement as your general starting point.
