Discreet Nipple Covers for Leotards & Dance Costumes

These fabric petals have a flower-shaped outline designed to make their edges less noticeable beneath clothing. An adhesive backing holds each cover against the skin, while the non-adhesive centre sits over the nipple.

Each pack contains 10 pairs — 20 individual petals. They are disposable, so use a fresh pair each time. The petals provide nipple coverage only; they do not offer breast support or lift.

How to Apply Your Tendu Nipple Petals

Start with clean, dry skin, free from creams or oils. Peel away the backing paper and position the non-adhesive centre directly over the nipple, then gently smooth the adhesive petals onto the surrounding skin.

Check the placement and appearance with your outfit before dancing. When you have finished wearing them, peel away slowly and gently, then discard. Apply only to intact, comfortable skin and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
