2007 ProFlex requires an in-person professional fitting and teacher guidance. Reorder using the size and width stamped on the shank inside your current shoe, together with the same professionally fitted shank strength. Ribbons and elastics are sold separately.

Care information

Allow pointe shoes to dry fully between wears. Avoid storing them in an airtight bag or exposing them to direct heat and sunlight. Check the box, platform, shank and satin regularly, and replace the shoes when they no longer provide safe support.

General Size Advice for Grishko Dancewear

Girth is the Most Important Measurement
When selecting dancewear, the most relevant measurement is the girth (also known as torso length). To measure accurately, start at one shoulder, pass the tape measure through the legs, and bring it back to the same shoulder. This ensures the best fit for leotards and unitards.
Size Up if in Doubt
If you find yourself between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. A snug fit is essential, but dancewear should allow for flexibility and movement without restriction.

Description

Grishko 2007 ProFlex Pointe Shoes are based on the Grishko 2007 last, with a U-shaped medium vamp, medium platform and slightly tapered box shape. Their distinctive ProFlex insole technology is designed to support a gradual roll from demi-pointe to full pointe.

A new flexible inner-sole material gives the shoe its responsive ProFlex character, while sound-dampening materials in the pleats beneath the box help reduce noise. The result is a lightweight, flexible and technically precise 2007-based pointe-shoe construction.

2007 ProFlex retains the core profile of the Grishko 2007 last: a slightly tapered box, U-shaped medium vamp, medium platform and medium wings. Its flexible insole construction is the defining difference, designed to facilitate a progressive movement through demi-pointe and onto full pointe.

Sound-dampening materials are integrated into the pleats beneath the box for quieter work. The machine-stitched suede leather sole, light salmon satin upper and flexible insole construction complete this lightweight professional pointe-shoe model.

2007 ProFlex is similar in shape to the Grishko 2007 PRO, but uses a distinct flexible insole construction. This ProFlex technology supports a gradual roll through the foot, while the sound-dampening pleats beneath the box help reduce stage noise.

Pointe Shoe Fitting & Reordering Tip: 2007 ProFlex must be selected in person with a qualified fitter and your teacher’s guidance. Ribbons and elastics are sold separately. When reordering the same model, refer to the size and width stamped on the shank inside your current shoe, and match the professionally fitted shank strength.
