When selecting dancewear, the most relevant measurement is the girth (also known as torso length). To measure accurately, start at one shoulder, pass the tape measure through the legs, and bring it back to the same shoulder. This ensures the best fit for leotards and unitards. -

Minimal enough to preserve the feeling of dancing barefoot but considerably more engineered than a traditional foot thong, the Capezio Lifeknit FootUndeez H067 combine forefoot protection with compression, flexibility and carefully positioned traction.
The technical knit wraps closely around the forefoot, while Capezio's distinctive dual sole patches create separate working areas underneath. A self-knit top band holds everything securely in place, giving contemporary and lyrical dancers protection from repeated floor contact without covering the heel or restricting natural articulation.

The supportive barefoot hybrid. H067 takes the freedom of a minimalist foot thong and adds noticeably more technical thinking around it. The knit provides close support and compression, the dual patches protect the working forefoot, and the exposed toes and heel preserve the natural relationship between foot and floor.
Skintone 30 is a deeper warm tan that gives the FootUndeez a natural, understated finish against the bare foot.
Capezio H067 Lifeknit FootUndeez – Design & Performance
The biggest difference between Lifeknit FootUndeez and a conventional half sole is the engineered knitted construction. Rather than simply attaching a turning pad to a piece of stretch fabric, Capezio uses the knit to provide compression and a closer feeling of support around the forefoot.
Underneath, the distinctive dual sole patches separate the working surface into strategically positioned contact areas. They provide slip-resistant traction while protecting the parts of the forefoot that repeatedly meet the studio floor during turns, slides and directional movement.
The design remains deliberately open. The toes and heel stay exposed, allowing direct floor contact where dancers often want it most and preserving natural toe spread, articulation and weight transfer.
A self-knit top band replaces a conventional strap system, holding the FootUndeez closely against the foot without adding visible elastics across the instep or around the heel. The result feels closer to technical performance wear than a miniature dance shoe.
The yarn itself adds another useful layer for long classes and rehearsals, with breathable antimicrobial properties designed to help manage moisture, odour and bacteria build-up inside the close-fitting construction.
