Diamant 141 Black Dance Shoes - Design & Performance

The defining feature of the Diamant 141 is its softly overlapping forefoot construction. Broad suede sections sweep diagonally across the front, adapting around the foot while providing noticeably more coverage than a traditional collection of narrow Latin straps.

That adaptability is an important part of the 141 story. The design gives the toes the freedom of an open sandal while allowing the upper to sit naturally around the forefoot rather than holding it inside a rigid vamp. For dancers who find very fine straps uncomfortable or simply prefer a little more coverage, it's a particularly useful design.
