Professional Pointe Fitting, Size & Reordering
DreamPointe 2007 requires an in-person professional fitting and teacher guidance. Reorder using the size and width stamped on the shank inside your current shoe, together with the same professionally fitted shank strength. Ribbons and elastics are sold separately.

Care information

Allow pointe shoes to dry fully between wears. Avoid storing them in an airtight bag or exposing them to direct heat and sunlight. Do not manually bend or break in the shank. Check the box, platform, shank and satin regularly, and replace the shoes when they no longer provide safe support.

General Size Advice for Grishko Dancewear

Girth is the Most Important Measurement
When selecting dancewear, the most relevant measurement is the girth (also known as torso length). To measure accurately, start at one shoulder, pass the tape measure through the legs, and bring it back to the same shoulder. This ensures the best fit for leotards and unitards.
Size Up if in Doubt
If you find yourself between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. A snug fit is essential, but dancewear should allow for flexibility and movement without restriction.
Fabric Differences Affect Fit
- Lace leotards tend to have a smaller fit due to the fabric’s reduced elasticity. If you are considering a lace leotard, you may want to size up for a more comfortable fit.
- Tulle leotards offer a bit more stretch, making them slightly more forgiving in terms of sizing.

Description

Grishko DreamPointe 2007 Pointe Shoes are an innovative pre-arched model built on the Grishko 2007 last. They combine a lightweight, thermoformable insole construction with a natural-material box, soft platform padding and a wide fore sole.

The DreamPointe 2007 has a U-shaped medium vamp with long wings and a pre-arched shank designed to follow the line of the foot. Its integrated insole and platform construction creates a distinct technical profile, while the lower heel and wide sole support stable work en pointe.

Grishko DreamPointe 2007 Pointe Shoes – Design & Performance

DreamPointe 2007 is based on the 2007 last, with a slightly tapered shape, wide fore sole and U-shaped medium vamp. Its long wings and soft internal platform padding form part of the shoe’s supportive, cushioned construction.

The pre-arched shank is designed to sit close to the natural line of the foot. DreamPointe 2007 uses a lightweight, paste-free integrated insole and platform made from eco-friendly orthopaedic thermoplastic material, while the natural-material box absorbs moisture and adapts during wear.

DreamPointe 2007 uses an integrated insole and platform construction in orthopaedic thermoplastic material. The pre-arched shank, soft platform padding and wide fore sole are designed as part of this system, rather than as a traditional pasted insole construction.

The model is supplied ready to wear. Do not manually break in or bend the shank, as this can damage the shoe’s engineered construction.

Pointe Shoe Fitting & Reordering Tip: DreamPointe 2007 must be selected in person with a qualified fitter and your teacher’s guidance. Ribbons and elastics are sold separately. When reordering the same model, refer to the size and width stamped on the shank inside your current shoe, and match the professionally fitted shank strength.
