Use the Capezio women's size chart, comparing girth, bust/chest, waist and hips. Cristóbal has a more structured lower section and a more relaxed floral upper bodice, so check both areas when choosing your size.

The tank straps are fixed, making torso length particularly useful to measure. The leotard should sit comfortably from shoulder to crotch, with the neckline lying smoothly against the front. Gently raise your arms, reach forward and bend to check for pulling through the straps or gaping at the neckline.

Care information

Follow the garment care label. Capezio recommends:
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
• Lay flat to dry.
For general care of the decorative fabric, use a mesh laundry bag and wash with similar colours and a mild detergent. Avoid wringing or rubbing the floral surface. Reshape gently while damp, handling the body of the garment rather than pulling on the tank straps. Keep hairpins, Velcro and rough fastenings away from the burnout fabric in your dance bag.

How to Measure for Capezio Dancewear

Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.

Girth

Key Measurement

Start at the high point of one shoulder. Bring the tape down the front of the torso, through the crotch and back up to the same shoulder in one complete loop.

Keep the tape comfortably close without pulling it tight. For Capezio leotards, girth is especially useful when choosing between two sizes.

Chest / Bust

Measure around the widest part of the chest or bust, keeping the tape straight and level around the body without compressing it.

Waist

Measure around the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably close to the body.

Hips

Measure around the widest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around.

Height

Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
