POPFLEX designs can vary from highly sculpting leggings and fitted tops to adjustable-waist skorts and more relaxed layers. If your measurements fall across two sizes, prioritise the measurement most relevant to the garment — waist and hips for bottoms, and bust for fitted tops or bras — then check the product-specific fit advice.
How to Measure for POPFLEX
Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Bust
Tops & BrasMeasure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.
Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.
Waist
Bottoms & SkortsMeasure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.
Height
Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.
This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.
POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

Wear the gathered pleat at the front for a softly sculpted Bardot look, or rotate the hairband to show its smooth, flat side when you want something simpler.
POPFLEX Bardot Hairband - Design & Wear
The lightweight, stretchy fabric sits softly around the head, while silicone grippers along the inside help prevent the hairband from gradually sliding backwards during movement.
Its wider shape provides more coverage than a narrow elastic band, making it especially useful for shorter layers, growing-out fringes and fine flyaways. The two-way construction also lets the same colour feel either softly styled or clean and understated.
Wearer feedback frequently highlights how securely the silicone grips hold, including on smooth hair and during Pilates, dance cardio and running. As with any one-size hairband, however, the pressure and fit can vary depending on head shape, hair thickness and personal sensitivity.

Dance World Notes & Verdict
- For the most secure active fit, position the gathered section towards the back. This allows more of the silicone-gripped surface to sit smoothly against the hair.
- One size does not feel identical on everyone. The fabric stretches, but wearers with a larger head circumference or greater sensitivity to pressure may experience a firmer fit.
- This controls hair rather than absorbing heavy perspiration. It may become damp during energetic workouts and should be allowed to dry fully between wears.
