Bunheads Toe Tape BH370 by Capezio is a thin, breathable adhesive crepe tape designed to help reduce friction and chafing inside pointe shoes. Apply it where your toes are prone to rubbing as part of your usual preparation for class, rehearsal or performance.
Thin Toe Tape for Pointe Shoe Comfort
The light crepe material creates a barrier over areas that rub, with an adhesive backing for application to the skin. Its thin format makes it a useful option when you want targeted coverage with minimal added bulk. Choose the length you need for each application and keep the tape smooth beneath your usual pointe padding.
