The BLOCH Pro Dance Knee Pads A1100 combine flexible multi-shock cushioning with a streamlined stretch sleeve, helping dancers feel more confident through slides, drops, kneeling work and repeated floor phrases.
Unlike bulky sports-style pads, their contoured grooved design is made for dance lines. Available in Sand and Black, they sit securely on the leg, bend easily with the knee and remain discreet beneath tights, leggings and many performance looks.
BLOCH Pro Dance Knee Pads A1100 – Flexible Protection That Moves With You
Created with dancers in mind, the A1100 protects more than the front of the kneecap alone. Its multi-shock EVA cushioning panels extend around the knee area to support the knees, shins, quadriceps and side ligaments during floor-based movement.
The stretch sleeve construction keeps the fit close without feeling restrictive, while shaped flex grooves allow the pad to follow the bend of the knee. Internal silicone grip strips at the upper and lower edge help keep everything in place, so dancers can stay focused on movement rather than adjusting their protection.

Dance World Tip: Position the centre cushioning directly over the kneecap. The sleeves should feel secure without pinching, restricting movement or rolling. If you are between sizes or prefer less compression, choose the larger size.

Orders are sent via GLS for European and international destinations. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
A signature may be required on delivery. If you miss your delivery, follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and import charges, payable by the recipient.

Returns
Eligible items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt for EU orders, or 40 days for UK and other non-EU orders. Items must be in their original, resaleable condition, with tags and packaging. Product exclusions apply.
Where our prepaid EU return-label service is available, a €10 label fee is deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can arrange return postage at your own expense. Please contact us before returning a faulty or incorrect item.
