PreHeels+ is applied directly to clean, dry skin before shoes are worn. Once dry, it forms an invisible, breathable coating designed to reduce friction where footwear repeatedly rubs against the foot.

Dancers can target familiar problem areas such as the back of the heel, the sides or tops of the toes, bunion areas and places where straps or shoe edges tend to catch. Because the barrier sits on the skin rather than inside the shoe, it helps protect without noticeably changing the fit of closely fitted footwear.

The flexible, sweat-resistant coating can provide approximately six hours of protection, although wear time will vary depending on activity, humidity, footwear and application. One thin layer is suitable for regular use, with a second layer available when stronger protection is required.

Each spray contains 42.5g / 1.5oz and is compact enough to keep with essential dance shoe and foot-care supplies.

How to Apply PreHeels+ Blister Prevention Spray

5. Allow approximately 90 seconds for the coating to dry fully.
6. Add a second layer if stronger protection is needed, allowing it to dry again before putting on footwear.

After wear, the barrier can normally be removed using soap, warm water and a wet washcloth with light rubbing.

Can I apply it to an existing blister?
No. PreHeels+ is a preventative product and should not be sprayed onto blisters, cuts or already broken or irritated skin.

Can it prevent blisters underneath the foot?
It is intended for friction caused by footwear rubbing against the skin. It is not designed for pressure blisters on the sole, and the brand does not recommend applying it to the bottom of the foot.

Does it replace correct shoe fitting?
No. PreHeels+ may help with surface friction, but it cannot correct pressure, compression or movement caused by unsuitable or poorly fitted dance shoes.

How long does the protection last?
