The waistband should sit comfortably, with enough ease through the seat and thighs to bend the knees without pulling across the hips. If your measurements suggest different sizes, prioritise comfortable room through the hips and use the drawstring to refine the waist.

Key Measurement

Using a flexible tape measure, start at the centre of one shoulder. Bring the tape down the front of the torso, through the crotch and back up to the same shoulder, creating one complete loop.
