XS/S: 29cm length; 15cm upper thigh; 13.5cm lower leg
M/L: 30cm length; 16.5cm upper thigh; 14.5cm lower leg

Measurements are approximate and taken flat, unstretched. Double the upper-thigh and lower-leg measurements for an approximate circular measurement.

Dance World Fit Advice: Align the centre pad over the kneecap. The sleeve should feel secure without pinching, restricting movement or rolling.

Before Choosing Your Size

Take dancewear measurements over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. For shoes, measure both feet while standing and use the longer measurement as your general starting point.

Bust / Chest Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape straight and level.

Waist Measure around the natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso.

Hips Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, keeping the tape level.

Girth Start at one shoulder, measure down the front of the torso, through the crotch and back to the same shoulder in one continuous loop.

Foot Length Measure from heel to longest toe while standing. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement as your general starting point.

Unlike bulky sports-style pads, their contoured grooved design is made for dance lines. Available in Sand and Black, they sit securely on the leg, bend easily with the knee and remain discreet beneath tights, leggings and many performance looks.
