POPFLEX designs can vary from highly sculpting leggings and fitted tops to adjustable-waist skorts and more relaxed layers. If your measurements fall across two sizes, prioritise the measurement most relevant to the garment — waist and hips for bottoms, and bust for fitted tops or bras — then check the product-specific fit advice.
How to Measure for POPFLEX
Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Bust
Tops & BrasMeasure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.
Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.
Waist
Bottoms & SkortsMeasure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.
Height
Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.
This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.
POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

Wrap the lightweight ribbon around the waist and finish it with a side or back bow for a look that feels completely your own.
POPFLEX Juliet Wrap Skort – Design & Movement
The Juliet begins with fitted, high-waisted inner shorts, then adds a two-layer tiered mesh skirt attached securely at the centre back. This keeps the skirt correctly positioned while leaving the front and sides free to wrap naturally around the body.
A lightweight ribbon creates the defining bow and lets you adjust the skirt’s overlap and styling. It can be tied at the side, towards the back or in a simple knot when you prefer less volume.
Underneath, soft stretch shorts provide anti-cameltoe construction and two side pockets, combining the appearance of a delicate ballet skirt with practical activewear coverage.

What POPFLEX Customers Notice
The bow creates more styling freedom than a fixed-waist skort. Customers enjoy placing it at the side or back and adjusting the amount of overlap to suit the outfit.
The wrap takes a little practice the first time, particularly when recreating the same bow after changing. Once positioned, the secure back attachment helps prevent the entire mesh layer from twisting independently around the shorts.
A True Dance-Inspired Layer
The Juliet Wrap feels particularly natural for ballet-inspired warm-ups, teaching, contemporary class and barre because its ribbon and mesh movement reference a traditional wrap skirt more closely than most active skorts.
The built-in shorts make it equally suitable for Pilates and dance fitness. During larger movement, the mesh will lift and separate at the wrap, but the fitted shorts remain the intentional primary coverage.
