POPFLEX designs can vary from highly sculpting leggings and fitted tops to adjustable-waist skorts and more relaxed layers. If your measurements fall across two sizes, prioritise the measurement most relevant to the garment — waist and hips for bottoms, and bust for fitted tops or bras — then check the product-specific fit advice.
How to Measure for POPFLEX
Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Bust
Tops & BrasMeasure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.
Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.
Waist
Bottoms & SkortsMeasure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.
Height
Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.
This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.
POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

The POPFLEX Crisscross Hourglass® Capri brings the curve-enhancing shape of the original legging to a fresh below-the-knee length made for Pilates, barre and warmer training days.
A sculpting crossover waist, confident coverage and two practical pockets make this compact silhouette every bit as functional as the full-length favourite.
POPFLEX Crisscross Hourglass® Capri – Design & Fit
The high-rise crossover waistband forms a flattering V at the front, visually defining the waist without a narrow elastic edge. At the back, a heart-shaped seam follows the natural curve of the body for a more sculpted appearance.
The smooth stretch fabric provides squat-proof coverage and a slightly compressive fit, while anti-cameltoe construction creates a cleaner front line. Two side pockets keep a phone and smaller essentials within easy reach.
A 16-inch inseam finishes below the knee on many wearers, creating a true capri silhouette that leaves the lower leg free and looks particularly at home in the Pilates studio.

Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to process orders within 1–5 business days. Please allow additional processing time during busy periods. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and vary by destination.
Orders are sent via GLS for European and international destinations. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
A signature may be required on delivery. If you miss your delivery, follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and import charges, payable by the recipient.

Returns
Eligible items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt for EU orders, or 40 days for UK and other non-EU orders. Items must be in their original, resaleable condition, with tags and packaging. Product exclusions apply.
Where our prepaid EU return-label service is available, a €10 label fee is deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can arrange return postage at your own expense. Please contact us before returning a faulty or incorrect item.
