The gel cups the toes and extends around the sides of the forefoot. The 6 mm measurement refers to the toe-tip area, rather than the thickness of the whole pad.

Smooth the pads around your toes before putting on your pointe shoes, checking that the edges sit comfortably without folding or bunching. Your shoes should still feel correctly fitted with the pads in place.

If you are changing from thinner padding, ask your pointe shoe fitter to check the fit with Prestige before dancing.

Wash regularly, following the care instructions supplied with the pads. Allow them to dry completely before wearing or storing.

Keep clean, dry pads in a separate pouch to help protect them from loose rosin, dust and sharp accessories in your dance bag. Check for tears or damage before use and replace worn pads when needed.

Tech Dance TH001 Prestige Toe Pads – Flexible Gel Cushioning for Pointe

Made from non-silicone gel, Prestige pads provide a flexible cushioning layer between your toes and the inside of your pointe shoes. The material stretches and bends with the forefoot, while the shaped sides extend the coverage around the toes.

The defining detail is the 6 mm thickness at the toe tips. This gives Prestige a substantial cushioning profile for dancers who enjoy a softer feel at the front of the shoe. The measurement refers specifically to the toe-tip area, so it should not be read as a uniform thickness throughout the pad.
