Smooth the pads around your toes and forefoot before putting on your pointe shoes. Check that the edges sit comfortably without folding or bunching, and that the shoes remain correctly fitted with the padding in place.

The 3 mm measurement applies to the toe-tip area, rather than the thickness of the whole pad. Premium has a thinner toe-tip layer than the 6 mm TH001 Prestige model.

Choose according to your preferred cushioning and pointe shoe fit. Ask your fitter to check any change in padding before dancing.

Care information

Wash regularly, following the care instructions supplied with the pads. Allow them to dry completely before wearing or storing.

Keep clean, dry pads in a separate pouch, away from loose rosin, dust and sharp sewing accessories. Check for tears or damage before use and replace worn pads when needed.

Tech Dance TH003 Premium Toe Pads – A Finer Layer of Gel Cushioning

Made from non-silicone gel, Premium pads stretch and flex around the front of the foot. Their softly cupped shape covers the toes, with cushioning beneath the forefoot and shaped wings extending around the sides.

The defining detail is the 3 mm thickness at the toe tips. This provides a thinner layer at the front than the 6 mm Prestige model, giving dancers another way to match their padding to the fit and feel of their pointe shoes.

The shorter side wings keep the coverage more compact around the forefoot. The gel remains flexible as the foot changes position, making Premium a practical option to try during a pointe shoe fitting.
