Gently ease the cap over the big toe, placing the closed end over the toe tip. It should sit smoothly without squeezing, folds or a rolled edge.

Assess the original length before making any adjustment. To shorten it, remove the cap from your foot and use clean, sharp scissors to trim a small amount from the open edge. Keep the closed toe tip intact and leave a smooth edge. Try it again before trimming further.

Care information

Wash gently by hand, rinse and allow to air dry completely. Once dry, lightly dust with talc, as recommended by Tech Dance.

Remove the caps from your shoes after class and let both air separately. Store clean and dry, and check for tears or damage around any trimmed edges before reuse.
