Identify the part of the shoe that rubs against your foot. Choose an inner surface where the point can lie flat, such as a suitable area inside the heel or along the side.

Make sure the lining is clean and dry. Peel one point from the backing sheet and press its adhesive side onto the shoe, with the gel cushioning facing your foot. Smooth it into place so the edges are fully attached.

Tech Dance TH036 – Adhesive Gel Pads for Shoe Rubbing
