POPFLEX designs can vary from highly sculpting leggings and fitted tops to adjustable-waist skorts and more relaxed layers. If your measurements fall across two sizes, prioritise the measurement most relevant to the garment — waist and hips for bottoms, and bust for fitted tops or bras — then check the product-specific fit advice.
How to Measure for POPFLEX
Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Bust
Tops & BrasMeasure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.
Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.
Waist
Bottoms & SkortsMeasure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.
Height
Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.
This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.
POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

Wear it long and relaxed or cinch the hem into a shorter blouson silhouette, the same plush jacket can create two completely different looks.
POPFLEX Find Your Inner Fleece Jacket – Design & Warmth
Substantial fleece and an oversized below-hip shape provide comfortable coverage over leotards, activewear and thicker winter layers. Raglan shoulders allow more room through the upper body, while a full front zip makes the jacket easy to remove once you are warm.
The extra-large hood can be detached when you want a cleaner high-collar silhouette. When attached, its drawcord and cord stoppers help bring the generous shape closer around the face.
Adjustable bungees at the bottom hem let you leave the jacket long or gather it into a shorter, softly rounded shape. Ribbed cuffs, comfortable thumbholes and three pockets complete the cold-weather design.

What POPFLEX Customers Notice
This is a genuinely substantial fleece. Customers describe it as warm, plush and closer to a cosy outdoor jacket than a lightweight zip-up intended for indoor exercise.
The fit is also considerably oversized. Your usual size creates the intended enveloping silhouette, while customers who prefer less volume frequently choose one size smaller. The hem bungees define the lower edge but do not reduce the width through the shoulders, sleeves or body.
