POPFLEX designs can vary from highly sculpting leggings and fitted tops to adjustable-waist skorts and more relaxed layers. If your measurements fall across two sizes, prioritise the measurement most relevant to the garment — waist and hips for bottoms, and bust for fitted tops or bras — then check the product-specific fit advice.
How to Measure for POPFLEX
Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Bust
Tops & BrasMeasure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.
Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.
Waist
Bottoms & SkortsMeasure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.
Height
Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.
This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.
POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

Soft support, adjustable straps and pocketed inner shorts sit beneath a tiered mesh skirt that was made to twirl.
POPFLEX Pirouette Babydoll Dress – Design & Fit
A fitted stretch bodice frames the upper body with a wide square neckline and adjustable shoulder straps. Beneath it, the tiered petticoat-inspired circle skirt falls into the loose, playful shape that gives the dress its babydoll personality.
A built-in shelf bra provides light-to-moderate support, supported by a soft nip-cushion layer and internal pockets for optional padding. The adjustable straps help refine both neckline position and overall torso length.
Permanently attached stretch shorts provide confident coverage beneath the skirt, with anti-cameltoe construction and two practical side pockets. The inner shorts measure approximately 10cm through the current size range.

What POPFLEX Customers Notice
The skirt creates real petticoat volume. It feels fuller and more playful than a conventional active dress, with tiered mesh that lifts and opens clearly during turns.
The bust is the most individual part of the fit. Adjustable straps help position the neckline, but customers with a smaller bust may prefer a closer size, while fuller-busted customers may want additional bra support.
The pockets are almost completely hidden. They sit at the sides of the inner shorts and hold a phone or smaller essentials without interrupting the skirt’s volume when empty.
