POPFLEX designs can vary from highly sculpting leggings and fitted tops to adjustable-waist skorts and more relaxed layers. If your measurements fall across two sizes, prioritise the measurement most relevant to the garment — waist and hips for bottoms, and bust for fitted tops or bras — then check the product-specific fit advice.
How to Measure for POPFLEX
Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Bust
Tops & BrasMeasure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.
Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.
Waist
Bottoms & SkortsMeasure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.
Height
Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.
This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.
POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

The POPFLEX Baby Sloane Tote brings the organisation of the full-size Sloane into a compact 5.5L bag made for everyday essentials.
Eleven pockets give everything a place, while short carry handles and a removable crossbody strap let the same little tote move easily through a full day.
POPFLEX Baby Sloane Tote – Design & Organisation
Measuring approximately 22.86 × 16.51 × 10.16cm, the Baby Sloane is deliberately handbag-sized rather than a conventional dance or gym tote. Its structured canvas shape opens into a fully lined 5.5L interior.
Inside, four mesh pockets and two slim pen or lip-gloss holders organise smaller items. Two keycard pockets, two quick-access side pockets and one back pocket bring the total to eleven, while a dedicated key clip keeps keys easy to find.
A zippered top provides more protection than an open tote, and the bag can be carried using its sturdy short handles or the adjustable, removable crossbody strap.

What POPFLEX Customers Notice
It carries considerably more than its dimensions suggest. Customers regularly fit a wallet, phone, sunglasses, Kindle, tissues, earphones and numerous smaller essentials inside without losing organisation.
The crossbody strap makes it particularly useful for travel. Its adjustable length leaves both hands free, while the exterior pockets keep transport cards and frequently used items easy to reach.
The side pockets are genuinely small. They work best for cards, sunglasses or compact items; oversized phones and many reusable water bottles may sit too high or feel insecure.
Black canvas shows surface fibres more readily. A lint roller or soft clothes brush is useful if the bag is regularly worn against fleece, knitwear or pet hair.
Is the Baby Sloane a Dance Bag?
It is ideal for teachers, parents, spectators and dancers carrying only personal essentials. Hair accessories, a small makeup pouch, phone, wallet and compact snacks can all be separated neatly inside.
It is not designed for a laptop, yoga mat, large bottle, full change of dancewear or several pairs of shoes. For those loads, the 19L full-size Sloane or a dedicated dance bag will be the better choice.
