Free Standard Delivery on Orders Over €99*
Enjoy free standard delivery to eligible destinations when you spend over €99.
*Free delivery applies only to destinations marked as eligible in our country delivery guide. Destination exclusions include Cyprus, Portugal (including Madeira and the Azores), and the Canary and Balearic Islands. Please check the guide for the full list of destinations, delivery charges and estimated transit times.
Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to process orders within 1–5 business days. Please allow additional processing time during busy periods. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and vary by destination.
Orders are sent via GLS for European and international destinations. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
A signature may be required on delivery. If you miss your delivery, follow the carrier’s instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and import charges, payable by the recipient.

Returns
Eligible items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt for EU orders, or 40 days for UK and other non-EU orders. Items must be in their original, resaleable condition, with tags and packaging. Product exclusions apply.
Where our prepaid EU return-label service is available, a €10 label fee is deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can arrange return postage at your own expense. Please contact us before returning a faulty or incorrect item.
