The formula contains cherry extract, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid derivatives and fermented ingredients, alongside its oil-based cleansing components. The focus is removing makeup while helping skin feel comfortable, rather than treating cleansing as something that should leave the face feeling tight.
This is a cleanser to remove, not a moisturiser to leave on. Once the makeup has loosened, rinse or wipe away the balm and continue with the rest of your skincare.
How to Use MakeUp Eraser Cloud Cleanse Balm
Use the included spatula to place a small, coin-sized amount into clean hands. Begin with dry skin.
Work gently in circular motions, allowing the balm to soften into oil and loosen the makeup. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
Remove with comfortably warm water or the short-fibre side of a clean MakeUp Eraser cloth fully wetted with warm water.
For a two-cleanser routine, follow with your usual water-based cleanser, then continue with your normal skincare.
Give the balm time to loosen the makeup rather than increasing pressure. When using a cloth, wipe lightly and move to a clean section as you work.
Do You Need Cloud Cleanse Balm with a MakeUp Eraser Cloth?
No — MakeUp Eraser cloths are designed to remove makeup with water alone. Cloud Cleanse is an optional companion for anyone who enjoys an oil-based removal step or prefers to massage makeup loose before wiping.
You can also rinse the balm away without a cloth. Choose the approach that fits your routine, rather than feeling you need every product for every evening. MakeUp Eraser cloths are sold separately.

Returns
Eligible items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt for EU orders, or 40 days for UK and other non-EU orders. Items must be in their original, resaleable condition, with tags and packaging. Product exclusions apply.
Where our prepaid EU return-label service is available, a €10 label fee is deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can arrange return postage at your own expense. Please contact us before returning a faulty or incorrect item.
