Care information

Keep the unused roll with its backing intact in a clean, dry place, away from direct heat and sunlight.

Use a fresh strip for each application. Do not wash or reuse tape once removed.

Remove worn tape slowly and gently, rolling it back in the direction of hair growth. Avoid pulling it sharply away from the skin. Follow the supplied removal guidance and ask your physiotherapist for help if removal is uncomfortable.
