How to Use
• Place the clean, dry tube over the toe requiring additional cushioning. Mark the preferred length and remove the tube before trimming it carefully with clean scissors.
• Begin by removing only a small amount. The tube should cover the intended area without folding beneath the toe or creating extra bulk around the joint.
• Test the complete padding arrangement inside the pointe shoe. The toes should not feel crowded, compressed or restricted. If the tube changes the fit of the shoe, ask a pointe shoe fitter or teacher to reassess the setup.

Care information

Hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent. Lay flat and allow the tubes to dry completely before storing or wearing them again.

Check the gel and fabric covering regularly for splitting, thinning or damage. Replace the tube if the gel becomes exposed or the protector no longer remains smoothly in place.

Use only on clean, intact skin. Stop wearing the tube if it causes irritation, numbness or increased discomfort.

Before Choosing Your Size

Take dancewear measurements over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. For shoes, measure both feet while standing and use the longer measurement as your general starting point.

Bust / Chest Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape straight and level.

Waist Measure around the natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso.

Hips Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, keeping the tape level.

Girth Start at one shoulder, measure down the front of the torso, through the crotch and back to the same shoulder in one continuous loop.

Foot Length Measure from heel to longest toe while standing. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement as your general starting point.

The BLOCH A902 Gel Toe Tubes provide targeted cushioning for individual toes during pointe work. Soft gel sits beneath a smooth, seamless fabric covering, creating a comfortable barrier around toenails and toe joints without covering the entire forefoot.

Every dancer experiences pressure differently inside a pointe shoe. These thimble-like tubes allow protection to be placed around the particular toes that need it, making them a useful addition to a personalised pointe shoe padding arrangement.

An inner gel coating provides soft cushioning, while the elasticised outer knit follows the shape of the toe. The covering is seamless, avoiding a raised join that could create another pressure point inside closely fitted footwear.

Each tube can be trimmed to the dancer’s preferred length, whether the aim is to cover the end of the toe or extend farther along the joint. This cut-to-fit design helps keep the cushioning focused rather than adding unnecessary material throughout the shoe.

Two gel tubes are included in each pack. They are suitable for selected smaller toes but are not designed to fit an adult big toe.
