How to Use Green High Dive Spa Booties

Begin with clean feet. For the complete treatment, soak them in warm water for approximately 10 minutes and dry thoroughly.

Cut each bootie open along the marked line, place one foot inside each liner and secure the adhesive tabs. Move the feet gently inside the booties to distribute the lotion, then leave them on for at least 20 minutes.

Remove and discard the booties before massaging the remaining lotion into the feet. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after application. Use every few weeks or whenever dry, tired feet need additional attention.
