Slip the loop over the big toe. Position the separator between the big and second toes, with the broader wing lying smoothly over the bunion area along the inner edge of the foot.

Check the fit with your intended shoes and usual padding. The loop should feel comfortable, and the wing should lie flat without folds. Remove the guard if it causes pinching, numbness or increased discomfort.

Care information

Gently hand wash with mild soap, rinse and allow to air dry completely.

Once dry, lightly dust with talc, as recommended by Tech Dance after washing. Store clean and dry in a small pouch away from sharp objects and direct heat.

Tech Dance TH020 – Toe Alignment Support with Bunion Coverage

The integrated toe separator creates space between the first two toes and helps support a straighter big-toe position while worn. For dancers whose big toe tends to angle towards its neighbour, an appropriately fitted spacer can help maintain that separation inside the shoe.

Along the inner edge of the foot, the broader bunion guard lies over the prominence at the base of the big toe.
