Designed for home ballet practice, JULIETTE combines adjustable height with a freestanding structure. It is a considered choice for beginners, growing dancers and anyone creating a dedicated corner for regular barre work.

Dinamica Ballet JULIETTE – Natural Wood Meets Adjustable Design

The Southern yellow pine rail is smoothly finished and unvarnished, giving the hand a warm, natural contact surface. Its 40mm diameter provides a rounded grip, while the wood offers a little flexibility during appropriate ballet exercises. The pine comes from certified sustainably managed forests.

JULIETTE adjusts through 12 height positions, from 77–110cm. This allows the setup to change as a young dancer grows or when different members of the household use the barre. A suitable height lets the supporting hand rest comfortably while the shoulder remains relaxed.

Two steel bases, each approximately 6kg, help steady the structure for simple ballet exercises. Protective PVC stoppers beneath the bases add grip and help protect the floor. The natural wooden rail, silver-coloured uprights and hammered grey bases give JULIETTE its distinctive, understated appearance.

Put on your practice music, rest a hand on the wooden rail and take time over the correction you brought home from class. JULIETTE makes that small ritual feel special. The warmth of the pine and its clean, open shape create an inviting place for a few attentive pliés, a carefully placed tendu or a quiet return to ballet after a busy day.

Choosing the Right Length for Your Home

1.5m: A useful option when you want a dedicated wooden barre within a smaller practice area. Check that you still have room to move comfortably around the bases and extend your arms and legs.

2m: Offers a longer rail and more choice of position along the barre, making it a good option for a larger dedicated space. The extra length does not automatically make it suitable for additional users.

Measure the space for the complete structure as well as your movement. Leave room to change sides, practise port de bras and work away from furniture. A teacher can help confirm that the height range and surrounding floor space suit the dancer.

Straightforward Assembly, Thoughtful Everyday Use

JULIETTE is supplied with two bases, two uprights and one wooden rail, with the height adjustment mechanisms already assembled. Follow the included instructions to put it together using a screwdriver and the supplied Allen key.

Position the barre on a firm, level surface and check that the rail, bases and height adjustments are secure before practice. When repositioning it, lift the bases clear of the floor to protect both the floor surface and the protective stoppers.

Use JULIETTE for light balance assistance during appropriate home ballet exercises. Keep the supporting hand relaxed and avoid hanging from the rail or using it for bodyweight suspension.
