How does the compression/grip work?

The K-Warmer provides targeted compression (10-15 mmHg) to your knees and calves, reducing swelling and enhancing blood flow. Our customers rave it combats knee aches and pain due to inflammation like magic.
If you wear a knee brace from the pharmacy, the leg warmer acts like a knee sleeve or knee compression sleeve, providing support that is superior in comfort and flexible fit.
It can help to relieve knee pain, reduce the risk of injuries, and speed up recovery after workouts.
While primarily designed for knee support, some customers have found that the K-Warmer's graduated compression can also help to alleviate shin splint pain by improving circulation in the lower leg.
For those looking to reduce swelling during travel, combine the K-Warmer with our Performance Sock.
It is also a favorite for the hypermobile community and anyone with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) or POTS.

Fit & Size

There is currently only ONE size for the K-Warmer.
This is NOT one size fits AL - it fits a range:
Hip bone to ankle bone length: ~28 to 40 in.
Thigh Circumference: ~at least 16 to 26 in.

The K-Warmer Shock: Measurements are given as a range that it may fit. Most likely starting about an average 13/14 yr. old female on thru an adult petite/average male dancer. However, it may vary based on personal preference.
They can be scrunched down, folded down, or pulled all the way up, based on preference.
For more ankle brace-like support, you can add the Performance and pull the non compression section of the bottom of the sleeve down below the heel to double up the ankle compression.
