The POPFLEX Cut It Out Dress fits true to size with a close, sculpted bodice, fitted inner shorts and a loose flared skirt.

Because this is a one-piece garment, compare your bust, waist and hip measurements and also consider your torso length.

Choose your usual POPFLEX size when all three measurements fall within the same range. If your measurements cross two sizes, particularly through the bust or hips, the larger size is likely to provide the more comfortable fit.

The shoulder straps are fixed and cannot be shortened. On shorter torsos or narrower shoulders, the square neckline may sit lower or feel less secure.

How to Measure for POPFLEX

Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.

Bust

Tops & Bras

Measure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.

Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.

Waist

Bottoms & Skorts

Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.

Height

Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.

POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.

Inside Leg

Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.

This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.

POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

The POPFLEX Cut It Out Dress uses waist-defining cut-outs to create the appearance of a coordinated top and skirt, while remaining one complete activewear piece.

A sculpted square-neck bodice, flared skirt and pocketed inner shorts bring fashion and movement together without requiring separate layers.

POPFLEX Cut It Out Dress – Design & Fit

The fitted bodice combines a square neckline, wide fixed straps and princess seams for a clean, tailored shape. An internal shelf bra provides light-to-medium support without needing a completely separate sports top.

Strategically positioned cut-outs expose the waist and continue around the body, creating the illusion of two coordinated pieces. Below them, the flared skater skirt moves freely rather than fitting closely through the hips.

Permanently attached shorts provide coverage beneath the skirt, with anti-cameltoe construction and two side pockets for smaller essentials. The inner shorts have an approximately 7.6cm inseam throughout Dance World’s current XS–L range.
