POPFLEX designs can vary from highly sculpting leggings and fitted tops to adjustable-waist skorts and more relaxed layers. If your measurements fall across two sizes, prioritise the measurement most relevant to the garment — waist and hips for bottoms, and bust for fitted tops or bras — then check the product-specific fit advice.
How to Measure for POPFLEX
Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Bust
Tops & BrasMeasure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.
Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.
Waist
Bottoms & SkortsMeasure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.
Height
Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.
This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.
POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

Wear the POPFLEX Cloud Rollover Sweatpants high-waisted for cosy coverage or fold the waistband down to create a relaxed low-rise look.
Oversized, fleece-lined and finished with four pockets, they are made for everything surrounding the workout, from warming up and travelling to properly switching off.
POPFLEX Cloud Rollover Sweatpants – Design & Fit
The deep elastic waistband can be worn fully extended for a high-rise fit or folded over to sit lower on the body. This simple adjustment changes the proportion without adding a drawstring, buckle or bulky fastening.
The body has POPFLEX’s intentionally oversized Cloud shape, with generous room through the hips and legs before narrowing into elasticated ankle cuffs. Two side pockets and two back pockets provide four useful storage spaces.
A smooth, structured outer surface helps the joggers retain their shape, while the soft fleece interior provides comfortable warmth. The inseam measures approximately 77.5cm.
