How to Measure for Intermezzo Dancewear

Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.

Girth

Key Measurement

Using a flexible tape measure, start at the centre of one shoulder. Bring the tape down the front of the torso, through the crotch and back up to the same shoulder, creating one complete loop.

Keep the tape comfortably close to the body without pulling it tight. For Intermezzo leotards, girth is especially important when deciding between two sizes.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape straight and level around the body without compressing it.

Waist

Measure around the natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably close to the body.

Height
