Before Choosing Your Size

Take dancewear measurements over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. For shoes, measure both feet while standing and use the longer measurement as your general starting point.

Bust / Chest Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape straight and level.

Waist Measure around the natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso.

Hips Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, keeping the tape level.

Girth Start at one shoulder, measure down the front of the torso, through the crotch and back to the same shoulder in one continuous loop.

Foot Length Measure from heel to longest toe while standing. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement as your general starting point.

Prepare Your Baton: Start with a clean baton handle. Wipe it down to remove any dirt, oil, or residue so the grip tape can adhere properly.
Peel & Stick: Begin by peeling back a small portion of the adhesive backing from the grip tape. Align the starting edge of the tape at the top of your baton handle.
Wrap It Right: Slowly wrap the tape around the baton, making sure to overlap slightly as you work your way down. This ensures full coverage and a firm grip. Pull the tape gently to ensure it wraps tightly, but be careful not to overstretch.
Secure the End: Once you reach the bottom of your baton handle, cut the excess tape if needed and press the end firmly into place to secure the grip.
