The POPFLEX Reversible Bow Top fits true to size with a cropped, body-hugging silhouette and close-fitting sleeves.

Use your bust measurement as the first sizing reference. Also consider your upper-arm proportions, as the stretch mesh is designed to sit closely.

Choose your usual POPFLEX size for the intended fitted shape. Consider sizing up if you prefer more ease through the bust and arms or want to reduce tension across the mesh seams.

The final shape can be adjusted slightly through the bow, but the ties do not change the sleeve or shoulder size.

How to Measure for POPFLEX

Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.

Bust

Tops & Bras

Measure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.

Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.

Waist

Bottoms & Skorts

Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.

Height

Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.

POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.

Inside Leg

Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.

This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.

POPFLEX Fit Guidance

POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

Lightweight sheer mesh creates an airy fitted layer over a leotard, sports bra, bralette or crop top. Long sleeves, thumbhole cuffs and a crew neckline keep the shape clean and polished.

The split opening can be positioned at the front or back. Tie the extended panels into an oversized bow for the most dramatic look, or leave them open for a softer split silhouette.
