POPFLEX designs can vary from highly sculpting leggings and fitted tops to adjustable-waist skorts and more relaxed layers. If your measurements fall across two sizes, prioritise the measurement most relevant to the garment — waist and hips for bottoms, and bust for fitted tops or bras — then check the product-specific fit advice.
How to Measure for POPFLEX
Measure over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and keep the tape comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Bust
Tops & BrasMeasure around the fullest part of the bust, passing the tape underneath the arms and keeping it straight and level around the body.
Keep the tape comfortably close without compressing the bust.
Waist
Bottoms & SkortsMeasure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of the torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably against the body without pulling it tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat while standing naturally. Keep the tape level all the way around the body.
Height
Stand straight without shoes, with feet flat on the floor, and measure from the floor to the top of the head.
POPFLEX does not use height in its core XS–XL body-size chart, but it can be useful when comparing garment lengths and longer silhouettes.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of the inner thigh down the inside of the leg to the ankle while standing straight.
This is a useful secondary measurement for leggings, trousers and full-length styles, but it is not part of POPFLEX's standard XS–XL body-size chart.
POPFLEX uses the same core bust, waist and hip measurements across much of its clothing range, but the feel of the garment can vary significantly depending on the design. Sculpting leggings and fitted tops may feel closer to the body, while adjustable-waist skorts, trousers and relaxed layers can offer more flexibility. Use this chart as your starting point and always follow any product-specific Dance World fit advice where provided.

Wear it loose like an oversized blanket or cinch the hem to create a completely different, cropped blouson shape.
POPFLEX Big Hug Fleece – Design & Fit
The Big Hug combines dropped shoulders, generously oversized sleeves and a wide boxy body, leaving plenty of room for a leotard, fitted studio set or additional warm layers underneath.
An adjustable bungee runs through the bottom hem. Leave it open for maximum length and volume, or pull it in to create a shorter, rounded silhouette around the waist.
The half zip opens the dramatic high collar when you need ventilation and closes for additional neck coverage. Thumbholes extend warmth over the hands, while a spacious kangaroo pocket keeps essentials, and cold fingers - comfortably tucked away.

What POPFLEX Customers Notice
It is genuinely - and intentionally - very oversized. Even the smallest grouped size has considerable room, so customers wanting a less dramatic silhouette frequently choose the smaller group.
The bungee hem makes the volume much easier to control. Cinching creates definition and lifts the fleece into a shorter shape, while leaving it open provides maximum coverage for lounging and cold outdoor days.
The fleece is warm enough for winter rather than light exercise. Customers often reach for it after workouts, for walks and in cold studios, but it may feel too substantial for a complete indoor training session.
The high collar, pocket and thumbholes make a real difference in cold weather. Taller customers should note that sizing down can reduce effective sleeve length and create tension around the thumbs when the arms are extended.
Made for Everything Around Class
The Big Hug works best before rehearsal, between classes and during the journey home. Its oversized body layers easily over a leotard, tights and warm-up clothing without restricting what is worn underneath.
For long competition days, the kangaroo pocket keeps a phone and small essentials close while the high collar and thumbholes provide additional warmth. Once the body is ready to dance, remove the fleece rather than trying to train through its substantial volume.

Returns
Eligible items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt for EU orders, or 40 days for UK and other non-EU orders. Items must be in their original, resaleable condition, with tags and packaging. Product exclusions apply.
Where our prepaid EU return-label service is available, a €10 label fee is deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can arrange return postage at your own expense. Please contact us before returning a faulty or incorrect item.
