Wipe the contact surface gently with a soft cloth, slightly dampened if needed, and allow it to dry fully.

When your shoes feel comfortable across the front but have a little extra room around the heel, a small adjustment can help. The Tech Dance TH053 Adhesive Heel Grips sit inside the back of the shoe, adding cushioning and helping reduce unwanted heel movement.

Supplied as a pair, they are a practical addition to your shoe-care kit for refining the fit of suitable dance shoes and everyday footwear.

Tech Dance TH053 Adhesive Heel Grips – Cushioned Heel Liners for Small Fit Adjustments

The grips help take up a small amount of spare space between your heel and the back of the shoe. Their textured contact surface adds cushioning and helps the heel sit more securely against the lining.

An adhesive backing fixes each grip inside the shoe. Both pieces have the same shape, so either can be used in the left or right shoe. Check the placement carefully before attaching, keeping the grip flat against the lining.
