Description
Two Colours, One Continuous Line
The Anniel 4103 Two-Tone Rhythmic Gymnastics Ribbon adds an extra layer of visual interest to every spiral, snake and sweeping circle. Contrasting sections of colour alternate as the ribbon turns, helping each movement create a more expressive pattern through the air.
Anniel 4103 Two-Tone Rhythmic Gymnastics Ribbon – Design & Movement
The 4103 features a 6m satin ribbon arranged in contrasting colour sections. As the ribbon folds, reverses and changes direction, the different tones become visible in sequence, bringing greater definition to spirals, snakes, circles and travelling patterns.
A reinforced metal eyelet connects the ribbon to the supplied clip and rotating metal fitting. This allows the ribbon to move more freely around the 56cm white stick during continuous apparatus work.
The full 6m length creates a generous movement trail and is designed for gymnasts who have sufficient space and control for longer ribbon work. It can be used for regular apparatus training, choreography development, club displays and performance preparation.
Available at Dance World in Green/Pink and Blue/Pink, the 4103 offers a more colourful alternative to a traditional single-colour ribbon. Made in Italy by Anniel.
Contrasting tones make spirals, snakes and changes of direction easier to follow visually.
Choose a colourway that complements a leotard, music theme or club performance look.
A versatile apparatus for practising individual skills before linking them into complete routines.
The ribbon, 56cm stick and connector are supplied together for convenient apparatus preparation.
More Colour in Every Change of Direction
A two-tone ribbon transforms even familiar apparatus movements into something more visually expressive. As the 4103 travels through circles, folds into snakes or reverses during spirals, its contrasting colours repeatedly exchange places. This gives gymnasts and coaches a clearer view of the ribbon’s pathway while making routines feel brighter and more performance-ready.
Is a 6m Rhythmic Gymnastics Ribbon Right for My Gymnast?
A 6m ribbon creates a long and impressive movement trail, but it also requires sufficient space, coordination and continuous arm movement. It is generally best suited to gymnasts whose coach has recommended a full-length ribbon for their current level of training.
Younger beginners may initially find a shorter ribbon easier to control while learning basic circles, snakes and spirals. If you are uncertain, check the required length with the gymnast’s coach before ordering.
For competitions, grading events or club assessments, always confirm the required ribbon length and certification with the coach or event organiser.
How to Use the Anniel 4103 Ribbon
- Attach the ribbon eyelet securely to the clip at the end of the stick.
- Check that the connector can rotate and that the ribbon is free from knots or twists.
- Practise in a clear space with enough height and floor area for the full 6m length.
- Begin with large circles, snakes and spirals before progressing to throws, catches and connected choreography.
- Keep the ribbon moving continuously to help prevent it from dropping or wrapping around the body.
- After practice, remove any knots gently and roll the ribbon neatly for storage.
Product Highlight
🎀 Two-Tone Satin That Makes Every Pattern Stand Out
The Anniel 4103 adds a more expressive colour effect to full-length apparatus work. A 6m satin ribbon moves through contrasting tones as it turns, while the included 56cm stick and rotating connector support flowing circles, spirals, snakes and routine combinations.
Why We Recommend It
The 4103 is a lovely progression from a plain practice ribbon for gymnasts who want more visual impact without moving away from a traditional satin apparatus. Its changing colours make the ribbon’s pathway easier to see and give displays, choreography and performance work a brighter identity.
