For shoes, use measured foot length as your starting point and always follow the model-specific Dance World Fit Advice shown on the individual product page.

Take dancewear measurements over underwear or close-fitting clothing using a flexible tape measure. For shoes, measure both feet while standing and use the longer measurement as your general starting point.
BLOCH produces footwear for many different dance disciplines, so there is no single BLOCH shoe conversion that accurately predicts the fit of every model. Ballet, jazz, tap, character, contemporary, dancesport and studio shoes can all use different fitting recommendations. Use the international shoe tables above as a reference only and always follow the model-specific Dance World Fit Advice shown on the individual product page.

Description
Description
A Little More Room for Your Stretching Routine
The BLOCH FLEXIband A0926 gives dancers a generous continuous loop for assisted stretching and controlled flexibility work. Its soft natural latex and flexible shape allow different hand and foot placements, with no loose ends to tie together.
Presented in a round lidded box, it makes a tidy addition to your conditioning kit, ready to unroll for a guided studio session or a familiar stretching routine at home.
BLOCH A0926 FLEXIband – Long Loop Design for Dance Stretching
FLEXIband measures approximately 2.3 m around the complete loop and 4 cm across its width. The generous circumference gives dancers room to explore different placements within an appropriately selected exercise, making it a useful option for longer limbs and setups that need more reach.
Made from 100% natural latex, the seamless band has a soft, flexible feel and a grippy surface that helps maintain contact during use. Its closed shape is ready to position without knots, buckles or fastenings, and can allow hands-free stretching in selected exercises once the setup has been taught correctly.
As the latex stretches, it creates tension that can assist your position or add a resistance challenge, depending on the exercise. Keep that tension comfortable enough to manage your alignment, breathing and return. The extra loop length gives you positioning options; your own control should guide the depth of each stretch.
Room to Reposition
The generous loop offers useful reach for taller dancers and varied stretching setups.
No Knots to Tie
One continuous shape, ready for the hand and foot positions your exercise needs.
Soft, Flexible Contact
Natural latex provides a supple feel with grip to help maintain your placement.
Back in Its Box
Coil it away after practice to keep your stretching kit neatly together.
Unroll, Settle In, Take Your Time
Once you are warm, choose a familiar exercise and give yourself a moment to find a comfortable position. FLEXIband’s long loop lets you explore where your hands and feet sit while keeping the movement measured and the shoulders relaxed. It brings a little structure to that quieter part of training, then coils away neatly when your session is finished.
FLEXIband or BLOCH A0925?
These two BLOCH bands offer different formats for your training kit. Choose according to the exercises you want to practise.
A0926 FLEXIband – Long Closed Loop
A continuous loop with a 2.3 m circumference for assisted stretching and flexible hand and foot placements. A useful choice when your exercise calls for a ready-made loop.
A0925 Resistance Band – Open Format
A broad, flat band with two free ends for adjusting your grip and working length. Available individually in Light, Medium or Heavy for foot exercises and selected conditioning work.
Who Will Get the Most from FLEXIband?
- Taller dancers or those with longer limbs: The generous loop can provide useful room for positioning. Your teacher can check that the tension suits both your proportions and the exercise.
- Experienced students and vocational dancers: A practical addition to an established programme that combines flexibility with strength, placement and control.
- Dancers new to assisted stretching: Begin with a teacher selecting a simple supported exercise and showing you how to position and release the band comfortably.
The best starting point is an exercise you understand and can manage calmly. More demanding positions can be introduced gradually with appropriate guidance.
Train Smart
Warm up before stretching. Check that the band sits securely, keep any anchor stable and make sure you can release the tension easily. Introduce hands-free positions only after your teacher has checked the setup.
Contains natural latex. Do not use if you have a latex allergy. Inspect before each session for tears, thinning, splits or changes in the surface. Keep the band away from sharp nails, jewellery and rough edges, and never pull a stretched band towards your face.
Keep movements controlled and avoid bouncing, forcing turnout or pulling into an uncomfortable range. Stop if you experience pain, numbness, tingling or loss of control. Young dancers need suitable supervision, and exercises following an injury should be selected by a qualified healthcare professional.
Product Highlight
✨ A Generous Loop, Neatly Packed for Practice
FLEXIband combines a 2.3 m continuous loop, soft natural latex and a round lidded presentation box, giving dancers a practical stretching tool that is easy to keep with their kit. Its generous size offers room for varied placements, including those suited to taller dancers.
Why We Recommend It
This is a useful choice when your stretching programme calls for a full-length loop with room to reposition. The simple design and generous circumference make it adaptable to selected exercises, while the presentation box adds a thoughtful finishing touch for storage or gifting.
Dance World Tip
Before adding tension, check that the band lies flat where it contacts your hands or feet. Untwisting it first helps spread contact across the width and makes it easier to notice if your placement changes during the exercise.
